At Soroptimist International of St. Helena, we believe every female, no matter her race or socio-economic circumstance, deserves the chance to follow a dream. For over half a century, our club has worked to provide women and girls in our community with access to education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.

Using monies raised through annual fundraising, our club annually awards no less than a dozen scholarships and grants each year to women and girls of all ages. The road to empowerment requires more than just money; it often benefits from mentoring and access to community resources. We’re there to help with that, too, through our Dream It, Be It program and various other community service grants and events.
