Annual Crab Feed
At Soroptimist International of St. Helena, we believe every female, no matter her race or socio-economic circumstance, deserves the chance to follow a dream. For over half a century, our club has worked to provide women and girls in our community with access to education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.
Using monies raised through our annual Crab Feed and auction, our club awards no less than a dozen scholarships and grants each year to women and girls of all ages. The road to empowerment requires more than just money; it often benefits from mentoring and access to community resources.
Soroptimist of St. Helena’s 49th Annual Crab Feed brought the heat with our Havana Nights theme—and thanks to this incredible community, we raised an amazing $166,000. Every bid, ticket, and cheer helps us continue our mission. Because of your support, last year our club was able to uplift women and girls in our community, support organizations like Monarch Justice Center and NEWS Napa, and award scholarships to women and girls, among many other impactful efforts.
A very special thank you to Preschool for All for volunteering and helping make the event run smoothly—we couldn’t have done it without you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up, giving back, and dancing the night away with us. We look forward to seeing you next year!
