SUMMARY:Regular Meeting- Guest Speaker- Jenni Olsen with Teens Connect Napa
DESCRIPTION:Teens Connect supports\, engages and empowers teens through programs centered around art and wellness\, peer support and volunteer projects. We provide positive opportunities for youth to discover their self identity\, express their voice and create lasting social impact in their communities. \n  \nTeens Connect collaborates with local school districts\, mental health organizations and\, non profits to provide a comprehensive network of support for our youth. We give teens a voice in the community\, listen to their concerns and struggles and offer tools and connections that guide them as they transition for adolescence into adulthood. We engage teens in meaningful\, and interpersonal work\, as well as projects that benefit younger children\, vulnerable communities\, animals and the environment. Our inclusive programs are carefully and strategically designed to enable teens to develop confidence\, independence and empathy. \n
