DESCRIPTION:Amber Twitchell\, Associate Director of On The Move and VOICES Youth Center of Napa\, will be the featured speaker.  VOICES is a program of On The Move\, a 501(c)(3) that partners with communities and mobilizes emerging leaders to take action in pursuit of social change. Established in 2005 as a multi-country initiative\, VOICEs is a first of its kind youth-developed\, youth-led community service program for transition aged foster youth. Twitchell\, along with colleague Andres Cantera\, will discuss how VOICES is revolutionizing the way underserved foster youth (ages 16-24) in Napa Country are transitioned into adulthood through its youth engagement model. \n
